1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

  • Tracking information will be sent once your item has shipped (when available).

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Drop Shipping Notice

StrumPro Magic & Guitars works with trusted third-party suppliers and manufacturers. Many of our products are drop shipped directly from our suppliers.

Because of this:

  • We do not physically stock all items.

  • We do not control the exact shipping date once the supplier processes the order.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on supplier location, inventory availability, customs processing (if applicable), and carrier delays.

While we do not control the shipping timeline, we actively monitor orders and will do our best to ensure your item is delivered as smoothly as possible.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary by product and supplier:

  • Canada & USA: Typically 7–21 business days

  • International Orders: May take 10–30+ business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to:

  • High demand

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or global shipping disruptions

4. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated or your package appears delayed:

  • Please allow additional transit time during peak seasons.

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier
